Terms and Conditions

Cancellation requests received in writing 30 or more days in advance of the event date will be issued as credit, valid for use towards another Key Media event within 12 months of the date of issuance. The company regrets no refunds will be made less than 30 days prior to the event.

Key Media accepts replacements at any time and without charge. Key Media is not responsible for any loss, damage or additional costs incurred as a result of an alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. We reserve the right to modify or alter the program without notice.

Privacy

Information provided in the registration form will be entered into our database for the purpose of processing payments and registrations. We may also use it to provide you with future marketing material. A list of guests may be provided to our sponsors and stakeholders.
